A bit about me personally....I was born in St. Maria, Azores.  At age four I moved to Cambridge where I was raised and married my high school sweetheart.  We are the proud parents of three sons,  and five adorable grandchildren.

I am fluent in both English and Portuguese.

Professionally, my clients comment that my strengths are my charismatic and positive personality, honesty, solid work ethic and my ability to get the job done.  I am committee to ensuring each of my clients is comfortable, happy and confident with each phase of the home buying and selling process.  I get a great deal of satisfaction from negotiating the most value for my clients while selling their home, and helping my clients find a home with all of their "wishlist" items!

Geographically, I specialize in new and resale residential properties, all in areas of Cambridge, Paris, Brantford, Ayr, and Kitchener.  My passion is assisting fellow local residents achieve their real estate dreams and needs, as my full-time career.

In addition to my Real Estate expertise, I am also an Accredited Staging Professional.  Many people pay top dollar to have someone come in to give advice on how to stage their home, but with me it's a service I include for all of my clients.  It is a well-known fact in the real estate industry that a staged home will sell faster, and for a higher price, than a home that is not staged.  I am proud to share this knowledge with my clients, and help them get the most financial gain out of their investment.

 I also have been rated with Platinum status for the Quality Service Certification.  This is an award based solely on the confidential feedback of previous clients.
